TEAM KIDS COORDINATOR
Ensure a safe and fun environment for all children
Provide care for the children such as diaper changes, naps, food, etc.
Prepare meals and snacks sent by parents
Organize developmental activities
Follow the daily schedule provided by FHKids Director
Maintain contact with the children’s parents throughout the day
Maintain contact with FHKids Director throughout the day
Ensure the proper cleanliness of toys, beds, changing tables, etc.
Must follow all FHKids safety protocols and procedures
Oversee and adhere to weekly themed activities
Provide family care at LKN campus for staff children
The primary purpose of the Team Kids Coordinator is to ensure the safety and welfare for Freedom House Staff children, between the ages of 6 weeks-5 years old during the work week.

Qualifications & Skills
18+ years
CPR certified - FH will pay for certification if worker is not already certified
Must have a reliable means of transportation
Acknowledge, readily understand, and abide by all FHKids policies and procedures
Knowledge of infant and toddler care
Worker is required to sign a confidentiality form prior to first day of work
Must agree to submit a background check (Required if a BGC has not been submitted to FH in the last two years)
