How we’re structured.
Pastor-led.
Based on the New Testament model, our Senior Pastors, Troy and Penny Maxwell, carry out the God-given vision of Freedom House.
Accountability-driven.
We have two layers of accountability: a pastoral oversight team and a board of directors.
The pastoral oversight team provides direction for the Senior Pastors. The board of directors discusses the vision, budget, and state of the church.
Both of these teams exist to provide oversight, prayer advice, and accountability to the pastors.
